Highly Stable Sub-Picosecond Pulse Generation at 41GHz in a Two-Gain-section Bulk Active Layer Fabry-Perot Laser

It had been demonstrated that a two-gain-section bulk active layer Fabry-Perot semiconductor laser allows sub-picosecond pulse generation for a wide range of bias conditions, with the shortest pulse width of 650 fs at 41 GHz.
