Illumination of Presidente Rivadavia (Moron) Airport (province of buenos aires)

An account of the very elaborate system of night illumination at the airport. The main features are a set of amber boundary lights, 4 powerful projectors, each consisting of 5 separate 3 kW units for flood-lighting, a beacon tower throwing a revolving horizontal beam 120 km. and an oscillating vertical beam, and an illuminated wind-direction indicator which automatically controls the flood-lighting.
