Immunocytochemical and Electrophysiological Differentiation of Rat Cerebellar Granule Cells in Explant Cultures

In this report we have used a combination of immunocytochemical and electrophysiological measurements to monitor the diferentiation of crebellar granule cells f2in vitrof1. We present immunocytochemical evidence which indicates that several characteristic features of developing rat cerebellar tissue were retained in explant cultures.
