Improved Flexibility in Rate and Reach by Time-Frequency Packed QPSK

We experimentally demonstrate a transmission with flexible rate and reach using time-frequency-packed DP-QPSK. A digital filter is properly designed to pack the QPSK signal with baud rate ranging from 32 to 64GBaud/s into a 32 GHz bandwidth.
