Improving the Fairness of Distributed-Queue-Dual-Bus Networks

This paper addresses the performance problems suffered by Distributed-Queue-Dual-Bus networks that span metropolitan areas. The problems arise from the fact that network control information is subject to propagation delays as it travels through the network. We examine these problems in detail and propose three solutions.
