Infrared diode laser determination of trace moisture in gases.

Over the past few years, we have developed methods for trace gas analysis based on tunable infrared diode laser spectrometry. Because of its paramount importance in technology, our program has focused on trace moisture analyses with high accuracy and high sensitivity. Here we review the infrared techniques that have emerged from this program and illustrate their application to two important analytical problems--trace moisture in bulk microvolume gas samples.
