Lasing Characteristics of GaAs Microresonators.

Lasing characteristics of optically pumped 1.5microns diameter GaAs-AlAs microresonators are reported. Room temperature of 9pJ were observed. Uniform outputs were obtained from a simultaneously driven 2X2 array.
