Launching Electronic Information Services for End Users -- An AT&T Experience

AT&T Bell Laboratories Libraries and Information Systems Center has evolved three end user electronic information systems permitting and administrative employees to search internal and external databases, order information products, and request information services from the convenience of their offices or homes.
