LCoS-Based Photonic Crossconnect

We demonstrate a crossconnect using a 2D fiber array, LCoS, and Fourier mirror, that does not require precision alignment of components. 16 x 16 cross-connection with an average 4-dB insertion loss, and power splitting is demonstrated.
