Lecture for Course on 'Society and Telecommunications'

I am not used to giving University Lectures - however, to rise up to Bell Laboratories you must be able to give a good viewgraph presentation - so I am ready - but questions might be more interesting, as I am not sure what you expect from this talk. To make questions a little more likely a word about my background, and my attitude to what is going on in the World.
