Long-term reliable tapered 3-section DBR with 20mW - 15.5nm fast tuning

We present a 3-section tapered DBR lasers with short bragg section and tapered active section that provides 20mW constant coupled output power and 15.5nm fast tuning (10ms), and extremely stable characteristics over 2000-hour accelerated ageing.
