Low Firing Temperature Stable Dielectrics

We have developed a series of low firing dielectric compositions with small temperature coefficient of capacitance and low loss. These compositions are either lead or bismuth based. With compositional variation, both the dielectric constant and the temperature coefficient can be tailored to specific values. In this paper, we shall discuss the dielectric properties of these compositions. Furthermore, some structural information on the crystalline phases will be presented.
