M sup 3 - A Multi-Level Mixed Mode Mixed D/A Simulator

This paper describes a methodology for simulation of mixed analog-digital circuits. The methodology uses behavioral models for arbitrary analog subcircuits which may be connected with other circuit or gate level primitives. A prototype version has been created by incorporating behavioral analog block models for timing mode of the multi-level mixed mode simulator MOTIS3.
