Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) is providing an evolving set of services to economically meet both business and residential needs for voice and data communications. ISDN provides the end customer with a spectrum of value added services at a reasonable cost. However, the success of ISDN, as with any service, depends on the ability of the telephone company to maintain high quality service for its customers.
