Management of Quality Improvement at AT&T

AT&T has developed guidelines to help managers in the (white collar) areas improve quality and productivity. These are described in a new book called 'process Quality Management and Improvement Guidelines'. The guidelines address an important need to have a structured way of doing quality improvement in AT&T. This talk discusses what the guidelines are, how they were developed and implemented, and the benefits to AT&T.
