Manuscript for very short article regarding SASER-Project in a German electrical enigneers magazine (German language)

Sugested by BMBF the SASER project should be promoted in the magazine AMERE of the ZVEI, an electrical enineering association in Germany, as the editors of AMPERE planned to include an article on the application of optics and asked for support of BMBF for selection of projects or research teams. The article should be generally understandable as the readers of the magazine are not familar with optics.
