Material Issues of All Seasons: Interfaces

This is an invited talk to be given at a panel discussion at the 1987 Spring Electrochemical Society meeting. It proposes part of the ECS response to recent National Academy of Science studies on materials issues in future technologies. It addresses, specifically, materials issues at interfaces and their impact on processing, packaging and manufacturing of electronic devices.
