Meta-Stable Hydrogen Bonding on Si(100)2x1 from ESDIAD Studies
We have studied the electron stimulated desorption, ion angular distributions (ESDIAD) of H sup (+) ions from Si(100)2x1 in a multi-technique apparatus consisting of LEED, Auger, photoemission and ESDIAD spectroscopies. The ESDIAD patterns were recorded digitally using a vidicon camera coupled to a double channel-plate LEED optics that has been previously described.[1]
