Molecular Electronics: Experiments, Device Concepts and Architectures

This paper discusses only a small subset of all devices and ideas that can be termed as molecular electronics leaving aside possibly some of the most interesting and promising directions. Specifically, we discuss some issues of electronic transport, experiments and concepts for computing architectures proposed for relatively short synthetic molecules.
