Panel Report on Fundamental Issues in Heteroepitaxy.

A Panel comprised of members from academia, government labs and industry was convened by the Department of Energy Council on Materials Science in January, 1989. This document records the deliberations of that Panel to assess the current understanding of epitaxy and, based on this understanding, to recommend potentially fruitful research directions in this area.
