Periodic Negative Conductance by Sequential Resonant Tunneling through an Expanding High Field Superlattice Domain

Strikingly periodic negative differential resistance oscillations are observed in doped GaAs/AlGaAs superlattices. These are produced by well to well sequential resonant tunneling through weakly coupled localized states.
