Photonic Integration scheme for integrating low-loss waveguides with high-speed photodetectors

A photonic integration platform to integrate high speed waveguide detector and low loss passive waveguide has been realized. A DQPSK receiver operating at 107Gb/s based on this integration scheme has been demonstrated.
