Physics in Nanofabricated Materials
23 October 1989
A wide variety of structures can be fabricated using electron, x-ray or ion beam lithography. These structures allow physics experiments that are truly unique. They include on electron transistor action, Bohm Aharonov effects, weak localization, and electron waveguiding. In this talk, I will review the various approaches to lithography and the resulting physics experiments. Such work forms the cutting edge for future electronic fabrication technology.
