This talk is to uplink communication in multi-cell multi-user LSASs (massive MIMO wireless system). We proposed a new approach for a limited cooperation between base stations in the network. We call it pilot contamination postcoding (PCP). Next we developed an algorithm for funding optimal PCP matrices for global PCP. In the global PCP all base stations in the network cooperate with each other, which may be feasible in a small network (say for a small town or so). Next we proposed a decentralized PCP, in which each base station cooperates only with a small number of neighboring cells. For the decentralized PCP we also developed an algorithm for funding optimal PCP matrices. Both global PCP and decentralized PCP give really excellent results - they give about 60 fold increase in data transmission rates.
