Planning For A DCTN Transportable Earth Station

When communication network users request new capabilities, Systems Engineers play a role in deciding the best way of implementing the new capability. This talk describes the speaker's role in evaluating different ways of adding a new transportable Earth Station capability to plans for DCTN (Defense Commercial Telecommunications Network), a large, satellite communications network.
