Polarization Coupling Effects in a Dual-Polarized Aperture Antenna for Multiband Base Stations

Additionally to the already existing mobile communication systems like GSM and UMTS new ones will be established. Reconfigurable multi-mode mobile devices and base stations are in development and therefore multi-band base station antennas are required which can operate in multiple frequency bands. Herein such a multiband base station antenna is presented.
