Policy Challenges Facing the U.S. Space Research Program.

If the scientific promise of the U.S. space science program for the next decade and more is to be realized, several critical policy issues must be addressed. Resolution of these issues will likely determine whether the aspirations of the U.S. scientific community for research in space will actually be realized.
