Process Hazard Reviews in the Semiconductor Industry

The purpose of this paper is to discuss and compare the advantages and disadvantages of several different process hazard review techniques. each method will be described briefly with an overview of how each one is conducted. The participants following me in the symposium will discuss each of the methods in more detail.
