Process Quality Management and Improvement Guidelines: Issue 1

AT&T has developed guidelines to help managers in the "white collar" areas improve quality and productivity. These are described in a new book called Process Quality Management and Improvement Guidelines. The guidelines address an important need to have a structured way of doing quality improvement in AT&T. This talk discusses what the guidelines are, how they were developed and implemented, and the benefits to AT&T.
