Project Management Made Easier

This paper introduces a simplistic approach to Project Management that can be implemented by managers for all types of projects. It suggests an approach that can be used to define, build and monitor project plans associated to the work efforts of project teams, as well as individuals. The approach presented in this paper will introduce the concepts and techniques associated with Project Management by using plain ordinary English as it applies to good management practices. This approach will not only present the questions that all managers must ask when developing and monitoring project plans, but will answer those questions in very simplistic, common sense terms.
