Pulse Propagation in Air-Silica Microstructure Optical Fibers

We measure the spatial and temporal properties of pulses after propagating through an air-silica microstructure optical fiber in the anomalous dispersion regime at ~ 800 nm. Soliton propagation and the transverse spatial mode properties of the fiber are analyzed.
