Service Creation in an Intelligent Network

Creating a service in a Intelligent Network environment will be a very different process than the one used in traditional development. To adequately support service creation, a powerful, user-friendly, integrated Service Creation Environment (SCE) will be necessary. This environment should let the developer concentrate on the service creation process, not on the intricacies of program development. A set of Application Oriented Languages could provide a high-level method of describing services.
