Software Check for Power-Down Mode of Analog Circuits

A computer program that checks the power-down mode of analog circuits is presented. The search procedure will flag all current paths in a circuit. The program has proven to be efficient for the design of standard cell libraries or to check the analog part of a mixed analog/digital chip.
