THz Transmission Near-Field Imaging with Very High Spatial Resolution

We demonstrate transmission near-field imaging technique, based on THz time-domain spectroscopy setup and a collection mode aperture type probe. the technique provides spatial resolution of 10 microns in a broad spectral bandwidth from 0.2 to 2.5 THz.
