Tunable Photonic Crystal Laser with Integrated Wavelength Monitor

We present a tunable photonic crystal laser with an integrated wavelength monitor. The laser consists of two coupled photonic crystal waveguides, the wavelength monitor is based on mode interference in a multimode photonic crystal waveguide.
