Two Concepts To Be Submitted to NASA Regarding the SEI Program Through the Outreach Program: Image Processively by the Lunar Rovers; The Voice and Data Network of the Lunar Base

NASA's "90-day Study on Human Exploration of the Moon and Mars" proposes a Lunar mapping satellite of "moderate resolution". Without a high resolution map to follow, Lunar Rover must be operated in one of two ways. Either the Rover will be maneuvered by a remote operator making decisions based on real-time images from the Rover or else the Rover will operate in an semiautonomous mode (with operator intervention when needed) with a highly sophisticated images detection recognition, and avoidance system.
