Unified System for Process and Device Simulation: Proposed Database Interface Format

The memorandum describes a collection of subroutines and data structures which define the structure of a process/device simulation database. The database is intended to be a storage mechanism for simulation applications, as well as a means of communication between different applications. The initial application of the database will be in the Unified System for Process and Device Simulation.
