The Student Portal is a personalized and secure website that enables you to manage your program activity, certifications, exams, and make purchases online. The Student Portal provides access to the status of all your certifications with up-to-date views of your completed exams, remaining requirements to achieve higher levels of certification, and recertification details.

The Student Portal provides all the following functionality:

  • View the status of all your certifications
  • Quickly see a summary of remaining requirements to achieve additional certifications 
  • Confirm your recertification requirements to keep your hard-earned certifications active
  • View completed written exams
  • Schedule, reschedule or cancel upcoming written exams
  • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel upcoming lab exams
  • Purchase soft copy courseware for our full suite of courses
  • Purchase eBooks and other publications
  • Open an inquiry and connect with a program certification specialist to answer all your questions about our certification programs.

How to access your Nokia Student Portal Account.

  1. Create a Nokia login (**Nokia employees: use your CSL/CIP to login and skip to Step 2)
    • A Nokia login is required to access the Student Portal. You may already have an account to access other Nokia services. If you don’t have an account, create one at https://online.networks.nokia.com, and click New User? to get started.
      • Select “Support Portal” when asked about your Access Selection
      • If you are an existing partner, customer, or supplier, select your company from the list provided
      • If you are an Independent, select “Load Others” for the company, which will bring up another list based on your Country Name. Then select “Other” from the new list and enter “Independent” as your Company Name.
      • Use learning.services@nokia.com as your contact person at Nokia
      • Complete the remaining steps and submit
      • It may take up to 2 business days to approve your account. If you have issues creating your account, contact portal.support@nokia.com
  2. Activate your Student Portal Account
    • To activate your account, please go to Student Portal
    • You will first be prompted to login using your Nokia login (created in Step 1).
    • Validate your personal information
