Nokia Wi-Fi Operations with Corteca Cloud
Course number: FN00206
Course duration: 4 days
Price: €3,200
Course overview
This course describes Nokia’s end-to-end solution for Wi-Fi networks, including its extensive portfolio of broadband Wi-Fi access points and its cloud-based management system for Wi-Fi devices, networks and applications, called Corteca Cloud. The course begins by describing important concepts related to the Wi-Fi technology and the way it has evolved. It continues with an explanation of why it makes sense to deploy Wi-Fi networks with multiple access points, connected in a mesh, to extend and improve coverage. The course goes on to describe Wi-Fi management protocols and data models defined by the Broadband Forum. The main emphasis of the course is on the Corteca Cloud solution, its different deployment options, its architecture, its compatibility with standards, and its multiple dashboards that enable operators to remotely manage, monitor, troubleshoot and optimize Wi-Fi networks. Hands-on lab exercises teach students how to use the different Corteca Home Controller dashboards to onboard network devices and to perform common administrative, maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
