The AT&T international digital services are a family of two-point private line digital services between specified AT&T international serving offices and foreign locations. The AT&T international digital services are offered to include subrates (2.4, 4.8, 9.6 and 19.2 kbps, Intermediate Bit Rates (IBR) (64, 128, 256, 384, 512 and 768 kbps), and 2.048 Mbps. The international facilities for these services are undersea cables and satellite space segments. This article describes AT&T Operations and Maintenance (O&M) strategies needed to support these evolving international digital services. Also this article shows the architectures for Operations Systems (OSs) and the Work Centers (WCs) associated with O&M for the digital services.
