International Switched Digital Service at 64 Kbit/s

New capabilities in the United States network and International Switching Centers and increased international digital connectivity resulting from the introduction of transocean fiberguide cables will soon make it possible to support international 64 kbit/s connections based on CCITT ISDN recommendations.
