Investigation of a Synchronized Flattop AWG Using a Low Coherence Interferometric Method

We present a new measurement scheme that investigates the synchronized flattop AWG waveguide design using low coherent interferometric method. It is a powerful diagnosis tool that measures spectral dependence of mode profiles.
