Messages for Remote ISDN Loop Maintenance with MLT/ISDN

This document describes the specification of the interface required between AT&T's Mechanized Loop Test System for ISDN (MLT/ISDN) and the ISDN Switch that it supports. The three layer interface provides remote access to switch based data and digital testing of ISDN (2B+D) Basic Rate Access (BRA) lines.
