New registering meters developed by the Bell Telephone Manufacturing Co., Antwerp, include an automatic resetting type and an electric resetting type. The former is a counter to register number of calls or operations, and is novel in that it has no pinions. It may be made with 3, 4, 5 or 6 drums, giving a maximum reading of 999 999. The second type is a tariff indicator for use on operators' positions for multi-coin systems and in public offices for local service. It has only 2 drums and reads in Frs. An electric impulse clock, intended for telephone switchboard use, is also briefly described.
