Monolithic Gridless 1 x 2 Wavelength-Selective Switch in Silicon

We present a monolithic 1 x 2 wavelength-selective switch in silicon nitride and silicon waveguides. The size is only 5.5 mm x 3.0 mm, and the switching is gridless with 32 pixels on a pitch of 100 GHz.
