Multi Format High Speed linear Preamplified Receiver Operating at 100 Gbit/s NRZ-OOK

We demonstrate a monolithically integrated preamplified receiver with >70 A/W responsivity, 60 GHz bandwidth which demonstrate detection of very low power 100 Gbit/s NRZ-OOK signal and compatible with PAM4 detection.
