Multi-Rate Prefix-Free Code Distribution Matching

We propose a multi-rate prefix-free code distribution matching (PCDM) algorithm that implements a fixed-length probabilistic constellation shaping. It uses various small codebooks in an adaptive manner, thereby improving the shaping performance of PCDM.
