Multi-reflection based on chip label free molecules detection

We report on results of a simple optical method based on multi-reflection in a microfluidic device. The multi-reflection mirrors were integrated into the device of a Glass-PDMS-Glass sandwich configuration. To evaluate the performance of such a simple label free detection method, absorption spectra of a variety of chemical and biological species were analysed by changing mirror reflectance as well as the molecular concentration of the samples.
