Nuclear Resonance Properties of YBa sub 2 Cu sub 3 O sub (6+x) Superconductors.
01 January 1990
Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR) results for sup (63) Cu, sup (17) O, and sup (89) Y nuclei in the superconducting phase of Yba sub 2 Cu sub 3 O sub (6+x) (0.4-x-1.0) are reviewed and interpreted in detail. Cu NMR shift and susceptibility data, combined with a simple ionic model of local magnetic properties, yield a comprehensive analysis of the normal anisotropic susceptibility components and full characterization of the Cu spin and orbital hypertime couplings.
