On the Distribution of Zeros of the Zeta Function; Conjectures and Computations
25 March 1987
The Riemann Hypothesis (RH) is one of the outstanding open problems in mathematics. In recent years, other conjectures, which go even beyond the RH, have been developed. This talk will describe these conjectures and their significance, and will discuss the computations that have been carried out to test them and the new computational methods that are being developed.
